LiveScan is intended for legitimate business users, merchants and authorized team members.

2. Private pilot

LiveScan may be offered through a controlled private pilot. Features may change or remain unavailable while integrations and workflows are validated.

3. Account responsibilities

Users are responsible for protecting credentials and maintaining authorized access.

4. TikTok authorization

TikTok data is accessed only after explicit account-owner authorization through the applicable integration flow.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use LiveScan unlawfully.
• Do not bypass security or access controls.
• Do not upload malware or content without authorization.
• Do not disclose data obtained through the platform without legal authority.

6. Merchant data

Merchants retain responsibility for and rights to their data and grant LiveScan limited permission to process it only to provide requested services.

7. Third-party platforms

LiveScan may interoperate with TikTok and other third-party services. Their availability and rules remain outside LiveScan's control.

8. Availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

9. Fees

Any fees or pilot conditions will be communicated before paid use begins.

10. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for misuse, security concerns, legal requirements or violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

Analytics and reports are provided for operational support. Users remain responsible for business, financial and legal decisions.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
