Account and Data Deletion
LiveScan users may request deletion of their account and associated platform data.
How to request deletion
- Email contato@vitoriadaitx.com.
- Use the subject: LiveScan Data Deletion Request.
- Include the organization name, account email and connected shop identifier.
- LiveScan may request reasonable verification before processing.
What happens next
After verification, LiveScan will disconnect integrations and delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Revoke TikTok authorization
Users should also revoke LiveScan access through the applicable TikTok account settings.
